Shipping & Delivery

For products in stock depends on whether it is an international or a domestic order.

All orders within Italy are shipped and delivered within 2-3 working days (domestic).

The delivery within Europe and foreign countries regularly takes 4-6 working days for available products.

For products ordered as a pre-order, please add the estimated production time to the shipping. You will find the estimated production time in the product description of each product available on pre-order.

Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders.

It starts from 100,- Eur, based on the country you are based.

We ship our products within EU and neighbour countries.

Custom Duties & taxes

VAT is not included in the prices, and will not be charged on any invoices, because of the so called italian ‘regime forfettario’, a flat-rate tax scheme for individuals and small businesses.

For shipments outside the European Union, such as the UK, Switzerland, or other non-EU countries, you may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in your country and are outside our control.

Please note the following:

  • UK: Orders shipped to the UK may incur additional customs duties, VAT, and import taxes based on the order's value.
  • Switzerland: Swiss customs may charge VAT and any applicable import duties depending on the order’s value.

We cannot control or predict these charges, so it is the responsibility of the client to pay any additional fees for customs clearance. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on potential additional fees.

If you refuse delivery due to unexpected customs fees, we reserve the right to charge you for both the outbound and return shipment costs, as well as any customs-related fees.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within 14 days after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

Sustainability is very important to us, which is why we try to avoid unnecessary transport routes. For this reason, returns are subject to a fee. We are happy to provide advice to ensure the products ordered meet your expectations.
