Which countries do you ship to?
We ship domestically within Italy, to Europe, and neighboring countries. For products in stock, delivery within Italy typically takes 2-4 working days after order confirmation. If payment is made in advance, delivery times apply from the moment we receive the payment.
For international shipping within Europe, delivery usually takes 3-7 working days for available products. If we are unable to deliver within the specified time, you will be notified via email.
In the case of payment by advance, delivery times apply from the moment the payment is received in our account. If we are unable to deliver within the specified time, you will be notified via email.
All our products are carefully and lovingly packed. A gift wrapping option, including a personalized greeting card, can be added for free in the shopping cart.

We are continuously working on reducing shipping costs for international customers and expanding our worldwide shipping options. Free Shipping is available based on the minimum order amount, which varies depending on your country.
All prices are quoted in euros, excluding VAT. VAT will not be applied as we operate under the "regime forfettario" regulations in Italy.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?
For shipments outside the European Union, such as the UK, Switzerland, or other non-EU countries, you may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in your country and are outside our control.

If you refuse delivery due to unexpected customs fees, we reserve the right to charge you for both the outbound and return shipment costs, as well as any customs-related fees.
Returns
Sustainability is very important to us, which is why we try to avoid unnecessary transport routes. For this reason, returns are subject to a fee. We are happy to provide advice to ensure the products ordered meet your expectations.
If a parcel is not collected from the designated Access Point within the given timeframe, it will be automatically returned to us. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details on refund conditions and re-shipping options.
