At ModomiKids, we want you and your little ones to be thrilled with your purchase! However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that personalized items, sale items, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be refunded.
To start a return, contact us at studio@modomikids.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please ensure the item is securely packaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact us at studio@modomikids.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you with the exchange, provided the requested item is in stock.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately at studio@modomikids.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or customized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
