How long will it take to get my order?
For products in stock depends on whether it is an international or a domestic order.
All orders within Italy are shipped and delivered within 2-3 working days (domestic).
The delivery within Europe and foreign countries regularly takes 4-6 working days for available products.

For products ordered as a pre-order, please add the estimated production time to the shipping. You will find the estimated production time in the product description of each product available on pre-order.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders.
It starts from 50,- Eur within Italy and 150 Eur, based on the country you are based.

Do you ship worldwide?
We do ship worldwide, please check the shipping costs at the checkout.
Please note that for orders outside the EU, local customs may apply additional charges upon delivery, which are beyond our control and are the buyer's responsibility.
Is VAT included in the price?
VAT is not included in the prices, and will not be charged on any invoices, because of the so called italian ‘regime forfettario’, a flat-rate tax scheme for individuals and small businesses.
